I offer three kinds of sessions: Emotional Release, Sensation Awareness and Nature Connection.

Emotional Release

Just as a garden needs to be pruned to grow strong and healthy, our emotional and physical bodies need space to release what’s no longer serving us. When we hold on to unresolved emotions, it’s like a plant that’s been left untended, weighed down by overgrowth. This can lead to physical discomfort, emotional stagnation, or a sense of being out of balance. In an emotional release session, I’ll help you create space for healing by guiding you through processes that allow old energy to be released, making room for new growth. Whether in nature or indoors, I’ll hold a safe, nurturing space where we can work together through conversation, breathwork, and gentle movement. Much like tending to a garden, this process invites you to let go of what no longer serves you and allow the energy of healing to flow freely, nurturing your body, mind, and spirit.

Sensation Awareness

Our bodies are like gardens, constantly receiving and responding to the energy around us. Just as a garden can become overgrown with weeds, our bodies can become cluttered with tension, stress, and unacknowledged emotions. In today’s fast-paced world, we can lose touch with our body's natural rhythms, neglecting the small cues it sends us. In a sensation awareness session, I’ll guide you through simple practices to help you reconnect with your body’s natural energy flow, just like tending to a garden. We’ll focus on clearing away blockages, pruning old habits, and cultivating awareness so you can start noticing the signals your body is sending. By re-establishing a harmonious connection with yourself, you’ll be able to nurture and support your well-being, helping you to thrive once again.

Nature Connection

Our bodies, like plants, thrive when we are rooted in the energy of the earth. Yet, when we spend too much time indoors or disconnected from nature, we can lose touch with the nourishing energy that sustains us. In nature connection sessions, I’ll guide you in practices that help you root yourself back to the land, the water, the air, and the sun—reconnecting with the earth’s healing rhythms. Through these sessions, you’ll learn to tap into nature’s energy, much like a gardener learns to read the land and listen to the needs of their plants. I’ll help you reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world, grounding you in its cycles of renewal and growth. By aligning with the earth’s energy, you’ll learn to restore your own vitality and energy, helping you to grow and thrive in your life.
